Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium Overripe Bananas the riper, the better
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk adds sweetness and moisture
  • 2 cups Self-Rising Flour pre-mixed with baking powder & salt
  • ½ cup Optional Mix-ins chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5” loaf pan.
  • Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl until mostly smooth.
  • Stir in condensed milk until fully combined.
  • Gradually add self-rising flour, mixing gently. Avoid overmixing.
  • Fold in mix-ins like chocolate chips or nuts, if using.
  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.
  • Check for doneness with a toothpick—it should have moist crumbs, not be completely dry.
  • Let cool for 20 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap condensed milk for 1 cup Greek yogurt + ¼ cup honey. Store at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze slices for later.
